Our Team: Jim Hogan

James E. Hogan has more than twenty-five years experience in manufacturing operations and human resources, both domestic and international. In private industry he has held multiple positions within Maytag Appliances.

Jim has led the HR function for Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Logistics and Research and Development. As director HR, Sales he was responsible for the successful integration of the Amana sales force personnel into the Maytag sales force. He was an active member of the Sales Leadership Team, advising the Sr. VP Sales in personnel matters including recruiting for senior level positions. As Director HR, Engineering, Jim was responsible for the initial recruiting and staffing of a new design center in Shanghai, China.

Jim is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. In addition, he holds several professional training certifications. Jim resides in Des Moines, Iowa where in addition to his search work he is an adjunct instructor at a local university.
